12 inch copper memory foam mattress: buying guide
A 12 inch copper memory foam mattress puts copper-infused (or copper-gel) memory foam in the comfort layer, over supportive foam and an airflow base. We carry three 12" copper models from the same manufacturer. Here is how they differ.
What “copper” means in a mattress
Copper is blended into the memory foam of the top comfort layer. Manufacturers use it, often together with gel, to help the surface feel more temperature-neutral and to resist odors. The rest of a 12" mattress is about support: transition foam, support foam and a thick base foam with air channels or an Air Grid that lets heat escape and lets the mattress flex on an adjustable base.
